2.1 Legal Services

RechtsHafen 60+ provides personalized advisory sessions and representation for pensioners. Services include consultations, document review, and representation in administrative matters.

2.2 Informational Products

We offer digital guides and tutorials designed to assist pensioners in understanding legal rights and procedures. Delivery is electronic upon payment confirmation.

2.3 Goods

Physical materials such as printed booklets and legal templates are available for purchase and shipment to your address.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, products, and goods are listed on our website. Payment must be completed before delivery or scheduling. We accept the methods indicated at the time of checkout.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are not refundable due to reserved time and resource allocation. Clients may request one complimentary rescheduling per session, subject to availability.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital guides are delivered instantly and are therefore not eligible for a refund once accessed. If the product is defective, we will provide a corrected version or offer a transfer to an alternative guide. To request support, please use our contact form.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Alternatively, customers may swap items for equivalent products.

5. Liability

RechtsHafen 60+ provides services and materials on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect damages or delays arising from external factors. Our total liability for claims related to these terms is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
